Step-by-step instructions

From the main entrance to your room

One code opens every door you need. Save it on your phone and follow the three steps below.

Step 1

Enter the Harmonija building

The main entrance is located at the front of the building.
Enter the 4-digit code from your confirmation email on the keypad by the entrance.
When the door unlocks, enter the building.

Step 2

Enter the hotel area

After entering the building, turn right towards the staircase.
Go to the first floor and turn right again at the top of the stairs.
Enter the same 4-digit code again at the hotel corridor door.

Step 3

Enter your room

Find the room number listed in your booking confirmation.
Enter the same 4-digit code on the keypad by your room door.
When the code is accepted, the door unlocks and your room is ready for you.

Good to know

One code for your entire arrival

After a successful reservation and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your 4-digit code. Use the same code at the main entrance, at the hotel corridor entrance and at your room door.

Do not share your code with others. It is valid only for the duration of your stay.

Please follow a few simple rules that help us keep every guest’s stay pleasant and comfortable.

Quiet hours Quiet hours must be observed from 22:00 to 6:00.

Pets Pets are allowed with a supplement of €10 per night.

Smoking Smoking is not allowed in the hotel.

Responsibility for damage The guest is responsible for any damage caused by their own fault, by persons for whom they are responsible, or by their visitors.

Personal belongings Please take care of your personal belongings responsibly.

Fire safety For fire safety reasons, the use of heating and cooking appliances is prohibited in hotel rooms and throughout the accommodation area.

Issues in rooms or common areas Please report any issues in your room or in common areas to harmonija@hotel.eu.

Hotel parking We are not responsible for any break-ins or damage to vehicles in the hotel parking area.
